The application for the issuance of the employment/secondment notice shall be submitted by the employer/beneficiary of the provision of services to any of the territorial formations of the General Inspectorate for Immigration.
The documentation necessary to obtain the employment/secondment notice may be submitted by any person who has the capacity of legal representative of the employer/beneficiary of the provision of services, under the law.
